Kuwait — Orders placed before 1 PM can be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be delivered the following working day. We do not deliver on Fridays or public holidays.

International — International orders are shipped with FedEx. Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to FedEx transit schedules and customs processing. Any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the items selected.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. An order can be cancelled as long as it has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, an order can no longer be cancelled.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. We will review your request and get back to you promptly.

Diffusion will vary depending on the size of the diffuser, its placement, airflow and how often the reeds are turned. As a guide:

• 200 ml — up to 4 months
• 450 ml — up to 6 months
• 1800 ml — up to 12 months

Air conditioning, strong airflow and frequent turning of the reeds can increase diffusion and cause the perfume to evaporate more quickly.

We recommend turning the reeds once or twice a week, or whenever you would like a stronger diffusion.

The more often the reeds are turned, the stronger the scent — and the faster the perfume will be used.

Place your diffuser where there is gentle airflow to help the fragrance travel naturally through the room. Avoid placing it directly beneath or beside strong air conditioning, as this can cause the perfume to evaporate more quickly.

Always place your diffuser on a stable surface. On wood or other delicate surfaces, use a coaster or protective base, as perfume spills may damage the finish.

• 200 ml — bathrooms, dressing rooms and smaller spaces
• 450 ml — bedrooms, living spaces and small offices
• 1800 ml — entrances, reception rooms, diwaniyas and larger spaces

Room size, layout and airflow will all affect fragrance diffusion. Large or open-plan spaces may require more than one diffuser.

The 200 ml glass diffuser is not refillable.

Our 450 ml and 1800 ml ceramic diffusers are refillable. Each Ayö refill comes with a fresh set of reeds, particularly important when changing scents.

Before refilling, clean the ceramic vessel and allow it to dry completely before adding the new fragrance.

And when you no longer wish to use your ceramic as a diffuser, reimagine it as a vase, planter, pen holder, kitchen utensil holder or simply a decorative object.

For the best burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface, particularly on the first use.

Before each burn, trim the wick and keep the wax free from matches, wick trimmings and debris. Keep your candle away from drafts and place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Allow enough time for the wax to melt evenly across the surface, but do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

Let the wax cool and fully solidify before relighting.

A properly trimmed wick helps your candle burn cleanly and evenly, while reducing smoke, soot and an excessively large flame.

Before each burn, trim a cotton wick to approximately 5 mm. For a wooden wick, gently remove the charred portion before relighting.

Our candles are made with natural soy wax sourced from the United Kingdom, selected for its quality and clean, even burn.

Our reed diffusers use an eco-friendly fragrance base sourced from Brazil, chosen for its performance and effective fragrance diffusion.

Ayö ceramics are handmade, so subtle variations in shape, colour, glaze and finish are part of their character. No two pieces will be exactly alike.
